One in five Australians are affected by some kind of disability – and almost half the Australian population will experience mental illness at some point in their lives.

Our outreach workers support clients to develop living skills, community links, social networks and participation.

Whether it’s creating opportunities for social engagement to reduce social isolation or assisting with learning or re-learning skills, The Salvation Army is committed to delivering a quality service tailored to individual needs. Emphasis is placed on the development of a relationship of trust, respect privacy and personal choice.
